Our company is registered under License under FSS Act 2006 in Form-C of FSSAI, Government of India. FSSAI stands for Food Safety and Standards Authority of India which is an organization that monitors and governs the food business in India. FSSAI is an acronym for the food regulatory authority of India and it basically stands for the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. The Food authority regulates and checks for safe food manufacture, storage and handling practices of Food Business Operators.

The Tea Board of India is a state agency of the Government of India established to promote the cultivation, processing, and domestic trade as well as export of tea from India. NPOP or National Program for Organic Production is a program under the Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Government of India which provides standards for organic production, systems, criteria and procedures for licensing of Certification Bodies, the National (India Organic) Logo and the regulations governing its use. Only such exporters, manufacturers and processors whose products are duly certified by the accredited Certification Bodies, will be granted the license to use of the logo which would be governed by a set of regulations.
